Operation:
1. Before use, always make sure the freeze bowl (4) is thoroughly dry before
placing in the freezer. Place the freeze bowl (4) into a freezer at a temperature
of -18° Celsius or below for 8 hours in advance before using the ice cream
maker.

Freeze the bowl (4) in upright position.
•
For best results always refrigerate the ingredients before making ice
cream.
•
The addition of alcohol to recipes inhibits the freezing process.
2. Fit the power unit (1) into the lid (2) until click into place. Ensure unit is
unplugged.
3.
Fit the paddle (3) into the power unit.
4.
Remove the freeze bowl (4) from the freezer.
5. lower the assembled power unit (1) with lid (2) and paddle (3) onto the
freeze bowl (4), and turn anti clockwise to lock into position.
6. You can now plug and switch on the ice cream maker.
