Cause
The picture quality has not been set correctly

The picture is displayed, but there is no sound.

Cause
Sound has been muted.
Volume set to minimum.

Individual letters are not displayed (PC mode)

Horizontal stripes during TV or video signals

Cause
Signal source placed in front of screen.
Video cable screening is not adequate.
To restore all settings to their starting condition, use the Setup – OSD – Call up factory
