Ice Cream Maker
n Read the instructions carefully before use.
n Unplug the machine before assembling ,removing, or cleaning
parts.
n Children should not use this machine unsupervised. Do not let the
cord hang down where a child could grab it.
n Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or af-
ter the appliance malfunctions, is dropped, or has been damaged
in any manner.
n To protect against the risk of fi re, electric shock, or personal injury,
do not place the cord, plug, or unit in water or other liquids.
n Never use an unauthorized attachment.
n Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, spa-
tulas and other utensils away during operation to reduce the risk of
injury to persons and/or damage to the machine.
n Do not use outdoors.
n Never leave the machine on unattended.
n Do not let children play with this machine.
n Only use the machine for its intended domestic use.
n Always make sure everything is thoroughly clean before making
ice cream or sorbet.
n Never freeze ice cream that has been fully or partially defrosted.
n Any ice cream or sorbet containing raw ingredients should be
consumed within one week. Ice cream tastes best when fresh.
n Ice cream or sorbet that contains raw or partially cooked eggs
should not be given to young children, pregnant women, the
elderly or people who are generally unwell.
n To prevent freezer burn, always ensure that hands are protected
when handling the tank, especially when fi rst removed from the
freezer.
n If the freezing solution appears to be leaking from the bowl,
discontinue use. The freezing solution is non toxic.
n Do not place the machine on hot surfaces such as stoves, hotplates
or near open gas fl ames.
Before plugging in
n Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the electrical
rating specifi ed on the underside of the power unit.
Before using for the fi rst time
1 Remove all of the packaging.
2 Wash the parts: see "cleaning".
3 8-12 hours in advance, place the freezer tank into a freezer.
4 Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mix (see recipe). Allow the mixture
to cool in the refrigerator.

1 Assemble the power unit into the lid, It will click into place.
2 Assemble the spindle into the power unit.
3 Take out the freezer tank from the freezer.
4 Place the paddle into the tank.
5 Place the assembled power uint/lid/spindle onto the freezer
tank,let the spindle connect well with the paddle.Then turn anti-
clockwise to lock into position.
6 You can now turn on the ice cream maker.

on THe InSIde oF THe Tank .
7 Use the chute and pour the ice cream or sorbet mix into the freezer
tank.
