WARNING!
Before starting the cutting process, make sure that all wear parts on the torch have been
installed correctly and do not appear to be damaged. (see "List of wear parts for torch")
CNC INTERFACE!
DANGER ELECTRICITY! AN ELECTRIC SHOCK CAN BE FATAL
The following work may only be carried out by an electrician or trained personnel who are
authorised to carry out this kind of work. Risks from the high voltage. Carefully read the
instructions and technical data of the CNC controller to be connected up before continuing
here.
ARC VOLTAGE SIGNAL
The machine is ready to be connected up to CNC controlled devices.
Ensure that the device is switched off and disconnected from the power supply.
The machine is fitted with a 14-pin connection which is on the back of the machine (9).
Fit a 14-pin plug onto the connection cable of the CNC controller which fits the diagram
shown here.
OUTPUT VOLTAGE CNC CONNECTION
As default, the reduction of the output voltage is equal to 1:50. In the event that the connected
controller is a cutting bench for example, then this requires a voltage of 1:20. Remove the
tin bridge on PS1:50 and solder the points to PS1:20, see diagram.
