TRANSFORMATIONS TO VARIOUS TYPES OF GAS
- The appliance has been tested and designed to
operate on gas type at the pressure reported in the
type of gas, following these instructions:
1) Replacing burner nozzles
- FOR THE 10 LITER MODELS
- Remove the control panel by unscrewing the screws
visible on the bottom edge or on the front, then remove
the visible nozzles and replace them with the correct
- FOR THE 20 LITER MODELS
- Open the cabinet door to access the nozzles. Re-
move them and replace with the suitable type, follow-
required.

- Remove the control panel by loosening the restraining
screws .
- Loosen the taper nut (n. 14) and remove the LPG
taper (n. 15) and pilot nozzle (n. 16)
- Replace the pilot nozzle with the appropriate type,
burners.
- After replacing the pilot nozzle, tighten the taper nut
(n. 14) with relative taper (n. 15).

REPLACING SPARE PARTS:

order to have access to the parts to be replaced.

1) Gas valve : All connections are visible. Using a suit-
able spanner, loosen the gas inlet, gas outlet, pilot and
thermocouple unions. Loosen the two restricting
screws on the side, then proceed to make replace-
ments. Tighten the bulb completely.
2) Safety thermostat : Detach the thermocouple fastons.
Unscrew the cover nut (n. 7), loosen the check nut and
replace it. Check that the thermostat bulb is fully
inserted in place.
3) Burner
screws and with a nut at the ramp. Loosen them,
replace the burner and tighten screws and nut well.
4) Thermocouple - ignition plug : To facilitate replace-
ment of these two components, it is best to move the
pilot out of position by loosening the two screws which
fasten the support. With easier access to the pilot,
proceed to replace by loosening the restricting screws.
MAINTENANCE
- The construction features of the appliance do not
require much maintenance. Regardless, the user
should be encouraged to sign a service contract for
checking of the components at least once a year by
