Problem
The tone is very
weak and faint.
Possible causes
Volume setting on the hearing
amplifier is too low.
The battery is almost empty.
Earplug is dirty.
Microphone is dirty.
Battery is not properly con-
nected with the hearing am-
plifier.
The integrated speaker may
be damaged.
Solution
Increase the volume as described in
chapter 7.
Replace the battery and charge the
empty battery in the storage box with
charging function, as described in
chapter 6.
Remove the earplug and clear away
coarse impurities using the cleaning
brush. Then clean the earplug under
running water.
Clean the microphone opening care-
fully with the cleaning brush.
Check whether the battery is proper-
ly connected with the hearing am-
plifier.
