ELECTRICAL PANEL
o The electrical panel can be accessed by opening the front panel, in
compliance with IEC Standards in force, fitted with opening and closing
via specific tool.
o Complete with:
electrical wiring suitable for the power supply voltage:
-
230-1ph+N-50Hz for sizes 106M-108M-110M-114M-116M
-
400-3ph+N-50Hz for size 116T
remote machine commands and controls.
o Programmable electronic board with microprocessor, controlled from
the control panel.
o The board performs the following functions:
Regulation and control of the machine outlet water temperature
settings (or the ambient temperature); of the cycle inversion; of the
safety timers; of the circulation pump; of the electronic anti-freeze
protection that is automatically activated when the unit is off; and of
the functions that control the operations of the individual parts
making up the machine;
complete protection of the machine, possible shutdown and display
of all the triggered alarms;
total compressor and inverter protection by means of continuously monitoring
the current absorbed by the compressor and operating pressures. The
compressor can modulate automatically, regardless of the request if it goes
out of its proper field of operation.
unit protection against low or high phase power supply voltage;
display the programmed set-points via the display; the in/out water temperature
via the display; the alarms via the display; the chiller or heat pump operation via
the display;
self-diagnosis with continuous monitoring of unit operation;

LIFTING AND HANDLING
DANGER!
The unit must be handled with care, in order to
prevent damaging the external structure and the
internal mechanical and electrical components.
Also make sure that there are no obstacles or
people along the route, in order to prevent the risk
of impact, crushing or tipping the lifting and
handling device.
The unit is supplied on a wooden support structure, which is used to
facilitate handling the unit with a forklift or hand truck. Use this method
to move the unit close to the installation area.
Once the final installation area is reached, remove the lower wooden
structure (unscrew the 4 screws).
Pass the straps through the slots on the base of the unit, having first
checked their suitability (their strength and the state of wear and tear).
Tighten the belts and verify that they remain attached to the upper edge
of the passage; lift the unit a few centimetres, and only after having
verified that the load is stable, remove the pallet while taking care not to
interpose any part of the body in order to prevent any risk of crushing or
impact due to the load falling or moving suddenly. Carefully carry the
unit to the installation site. Lower the unit carefully and fix it in place.
