II.13 CHECKLIST

1 – COMPRESSOR: IT DOES NOT START

3 - COMPRESSOR: IT WORKS NOISILY-INTERMITTENTLY
The compressor is pumping liquid, excessive refrigerant fluid in crankcase:
Mechanical problems in the compressor:
Unit running at the limit of the specified conditions of use:
4 - FAN: IT WORKS NOISILY-INTERMITTENTLY
The fixing screws are loose:
The blades touch the framework or the protection grille:
Irregular fan operation:
5 - THE CIRCULATION PUMP DOES NOT START OR IT WORKS ANOMALOUSLY

PROBLEM RECOMMENDED ACTION
the phase sequence has been inverted.
check and fix.
identify the problem and solve it.
replace the compressor.

1 - detect and eliminate any leaks;
2 - restore the correct amount.
drain the excess.
check operation.
1 - the circuit is blocked or air is getting in.
2 - check that the pump and expansion valve work correctly.
3 - clean the water filter.
1 - check operation of the expansion valve;
2 - check overheating;
3 - adjust overheating, replace the expansion valve if required.
