1 - IntroductIon

1.5 Warranty

• CAMPAGNOLA S.r.l. grants a 1 or 2 years' warranty, according to the kind of product, starting from the purchase date
indicated in the invoice or in any other document with legal value.
• The warranty is to be considered valid only if the installation and use of the products have been carried out according to the
indications in the Use and Maintenance Manual or to written instructions by the Authorized Service Points personnel.
• Parts with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
• Labour and transport costs are excluded from the warranty.
• All the parts subject to wear (belts, filters, blades, seals, etc.) are excluded from the warranty.
• Costs of interventions performed by the manufacturer's personnel (inspections, disassembling and assembling opera-
tions), caused by a wrong use of the product, are not included in the warranty.
• The manufacturer's technical service personnel will indicate which replacements and/or repairs will be carried out under
warranty, and their decision is final.
• The Company shall not be held responsible for any injury or damage caused to people, animals or things, due to improper
use or maintenance of the products. The warranty is limited to the manufacturing defects.
• The warranty gets void in case of tampering and/or even small changes carried out without the manufacturer's technical
staff permission and in case of use of non-original spare parts.
• In any case the replacement of the product is not included in the warranty.
WARNING!
For warranty claims, according to the above mentioned points, it is necessary to enclose the warranty card, properly
filled in, and the corresponding document with the date of purchase (invoice or any other document with legal value).

2.1 Safety precaution

2.1.1 Results of the tests made according to the Laws

The mechanical head can be operated only by means of a camPaGnola S.r.l. power unit. The compatible models are
the following: POWER 12 POWER MOTOR.
WARNING!
The accomplishments concerning working environment safety and health regulations indicated by the current laws
(2003/10/EC Directive, 2002/44/EC Directive and 81/2008 Law Decrete) have to be carried out either by the employer
or by the end-user: supplying the adequate individual protecting devices, informing about working risks, performing
sanitary survey, etc...

The results of the tests made according to the Laws are indicated inside the manual of the above mentioned power
unit models.
The tests which have been carried out are the following:
1. Sound level: Re: UNI EN 3746
2. vIBratIonS level: Re: EN ISO 5349
WARNING!
Risks due to the operator's contact with noise and vibrations of the equipment and with the electro-magnetic fields.
