Below the temperature, select the automatic or manual mode:

Automatic mode

Scroll down the list of meats on the left-hand side of the screen to
choose a type of meat.
Scroll down the list of cooking levels on the right-hand side of the screen
to select your desired cooking level.
Press "Done" to start cooking.
The application returns to the main page and displays the type of meat,
the cooking level, as well as a graphic showing the target temperature
and temperature curve in real time.

Manual mode

Scroll down the list of temperatures to select the desired temperature.
Press "Done" to start cooking.
