Accessories Plug
1. When installing the accessories kit to the MTP6000 Car
Kit Junction Box, take note of the pin assignments and
numbering identification laid on the Accessories Plug
(refer to Figure 9 and Table 1 below).
2. There are 14 connection pins. Connect or insert the
correct wires from the accessories to the assigned pin.

3. Screw in the small screw for each pin after wire is
inserted to ensure it is securely fastened. See Figure 10.

1-wire bi-directional serial bus, dedicated to detection
of IMPRES Visor Microphone.
Main and power ground.
Low microphone bias for third party accessories.

Loudspeaker output (+).
Loudspeaker output (–).

Main and power ground.
Connect to ground when MIC_LOWBIAS is used. Only
one visor microphone at a time (such as VISOR_MIC
or MIC_LOWBIAS).
Entertainment mute output - Active (low) for duration of
call.

External Emergency input - Pull low to activate.
External alarm (Horn and Lights) output - Active (low)
upon incoming duplex and simplex private call (for the
duration defined in codeplug) when ignition is off.
