FRUIT AND VEGETABLE PREPARATION
•
Thoroughly wash the fruits and vegetables.
•
Many fruits and vegetables have a lot of nutrients in their skin, so it is not recommended
to peel them.
•
That said, the peel must be removed from cucumber, pineapple, melon and citrus fruits.
•
The peel of citrus fruits must be carefully removed, including the inside. Otherwise, the
juice may have an unpleasant aftertaste.
•
Large stones (plums, apricots, etc.) must be removed to avoid damaging the equipment.
It is not necessary to remove small pips.
•
The loading chute of the lid is large enough to place most fruits and vegetables whole
(apples, carrots, cucumbers). Large fruits and vegetables should be sliced into pieces
according to the size of the inlet opening.
USE OF EQUIPMENT
•
Make sure that the equipment is fully assembled and ready for operation.
•
Make sure that the mode switch is in the middle position "0" (off). Turn on the power
(plug the power cord into a wall outlet). Turn the mode switch counterclockwise for low
speed, and clockwise for high speed. It is always recommended to start juicing at a low
speed.
•
Load the prepared fruits and vegetables into the loading chute in small portions and feed
them to the rotating grater using the pusher. To get the maximum amount of juice, the
pressure on the pusher must be even and not too strong.
•
During operation of the equipment, the juice flows out of the bowl through the spout
and into the juice container, and the waste is fed to the waste container.
•
Do not overfill the waste container as this may lead to malfunction and equipment
failure. To empty the container, set the operating mode switch to the middle position
"0" (off), remove the pusher, lower the locking lever and remove the bowl lid. After
emptying the container, you can assemble the equipment and continue operation.
•
The equipment is designed to operate intermittently. The equipment must not be
operated continuously for more than 2 minutes. After 2 minutes of continuous
operation, the equipment must be left to cool down for 3 minutes.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USING THE EQUIPMENT
•
To make it easier to empty and clean the waste container, it is advisable to place plastic
bags inside the waste container.
•
Use fresh vegetables and fruits as their juice content is much higher.
•
Vegetables and fruits with a high juice content include: pineapple, apple, cucumber,
celery, carrot, spinach, melons, tomato and most citrus fruits.
•
Hard vegetables and fruits should not be cut too finely. The dimensions of the piece are
determined by the size of the inlet.
