Indications for use

The Medtronic CareLink
in a medical office setting to facilitate communication between Medtronic MiniMed
insulin pumps and a personal computer that uses Medtronic therapy management software for
diabetes.
For Japan only: The Medtronic CareLink™ USB (MMT-7306) is compatible with Medtronic
MiniMed 600 series, Approval Number 22500BZX00369000.
Contraindications
None known.
Warnings
Product may pose a choking hazard for young children.
Do not use device in conjunction with any flammable agents.
To most easily read the information on the USB device, hold the device up to 0.5 meters (1.64
feet) away from you at a 30˚ angle.
Cleaning your CareLink USB
CAUTION: Never use organic solvents, such as lighter fluid, nail polish remover, or paint thinner
to clean your CareLink USB.
1. Disconnect your CareLink USB from the computer prior to cleaning.
2. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent mixed with water to clean the outside of your
CareLink USB, excluding the connector.
3. Wipe the CareLink USB with a clean cloth that has been dampened with clean water.
4. Dry with a clean, dry cloth.
