Marshmallow chocolate lattice pastries

Marshmallows, finely chopped

Dark chocolate, finely grated

Puff pastry sheet, thawed, rolled out
to approx. 10 inch x 15 inch

1. Mix crème fraiche, marshmallows and chocola-
te. Evenly spread the filling over the cut dough,
form Jalousie/Lattice pastries and brush them
with egg (refer to instructions p. 6).
2. Baking: Approx. 16 min. on the middle rack
of the oven preheated to 400°F. Remove
from oven and cool slightly.
Tip: Serve with raspberry or wild berry purée.
