Tomato-mozzarella lattice pastries
Preparation: approx. 15 min. | Baking: approx. 16 min. | Yields approx. 12 pieces
4 oz
Sundried tomatoes, in oil, drained,
finely chopped
3 oz
Mozzarella cheese, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Basil, finely chopped

Puff pastry sheet, thawed, rolled to
approx. 10 inch x 15 inch

Egg, beaten
1. Mix tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Evenly
spread the filling over the cut dough, form
Jalousie/Lattice pastries and brush them with
egg (refer to instructions p. 6).
2. Baking: approx. 16 min. on the middle rack
of the oven; preheated to 400°F. Remove
from oven and cool slightly.
Tips:
• Use pizza dough instead of puff pastry dough,
rolled to a thickness of approx. 1/8 inch.
• Serve with Arugula salad.
