Metalúrgica TRAPP warrants the quality of
this product for 12 (twelve) months, from
the date on the Invoice.
The twelve-month Total Warranty covers
manufacturing failures, materials and
respective labor related to servicing once
properly confirmed by TRAPP technicians or
accredited ones by means of a technical
report.
All parts proven defective within the

warranty term will be replaced at the
company's expense. Under no
circumstances will the device or
equipment be replaced.
The warranty is not transferable and is
•
valid with proof of purchase only.
This product is subject to technical
•
specifications and design changes without
previous notice.
Battery warranty:
The battery is warranted for 6 (six) months
•
from the date on the tractor purchase
invoice.
The warranty does not cover:
Product packaging, pick-up and delivery
•
charges to TRAPP authorized service
centre;
Replacement of parts damaged during
•
transport;
Lost parts;
•
Regular preventive maintenance services
•
such as: engine adjustment, cleaning of
feeding system or driving mechanisms
adjustments.

Warranty

Items not covered by this warranty:

This warranty will be void in any of
the circumstances below:

Spark plugs, lubricants, joints in general,
bent/worn crankshaft, fuel, air and oil filters,
retainers, belts, tires, blades, blade adapters
and standardized hardware.
Broken axle;
Broken/dented parts;
Product opened by an unauthorized
company;
Equipment exposed to moisture, water,
weather, corrosive sea air, chemical products,
etc.;
Normal wear out of parts due to usage;
Damage caused by misuse, failure to operate
according to instructions which will be
considered misuse;
Damage caused by lack of lubrication (lack
of oil);
Damage caused by the use of mixes to
gasoline or oil;
Damage caused by excess of oil in the
crankcase.

When servicing, always use, spare parts.
Look for TRAPP nearest authorized
service center to assure quality, product
durability and, especially, your safety.
