from manufacturing defects for
12 (twelve) months from the
purchase date on the Invoice.
The legal warranty is included
in the warranty term stated in
the previous paragraph, which is

Gearbox Warranty:

purchase.

M anufacturing defects such

as assembly error, material
failure and respective labor to
fix the problem, short circuit
on spiral or between phases,
rotor failure, after Metalúrgica
Trapp Ltda. technicians or
accredited technicians attest
the condition.
