The Standard EN 250: 2014 defines a SCUBA unit as an open-circuit, self-contained
underwater breathing apparatus at a minimum, must include in the least:

On demand regulator(s);
3.
Pressure Gauge for monitoring cylinder(s) pressure;
4.
Diving Mask;
5.
A transport, carrying system
The SCUBA unit may also include: Alternative air source, diving computer/gauges or other
safety devices.
WARNING:
SCUBA used simultaneously by multiple divers are limited to depths no greater than
30 meters and water temperatures less than 4°C as marked "EN250A", when marked
"EN250A>10°C" water temperatures less than 10°C.
WARNING:
SCUBA marked "EN250A" in compliance with EN250: 2014 can be used simultaneously by
multiple divers as an escape device.
