The selected number will be stored on the display after the first complete squeeze cycle is finished. The
number will be stored even if the machine is switched off. You may change the number repeating the
complete number selection process.
Press the ON button to start squeezing. During the process, the display will show the remaining amount
of fruits to be squeezed. If you wish to repeat the process, simply press ON. To stop the process, press
the STOP button.

STOPPING
With the machine running, press the Stop button. The display will show the Timer and the word Stop and
the machine will stop when the two halves of the orange have been squeezed and the cup has reached the
vertical position. The display will then show the number of the previous selection.

COUNTER FUNCTION
The display stores the total number of cycles* completed. To visualize the figure,
With the machine stopped and in stand-by, press the STOP button
The figure will appear on the display for a few seconds.
Bear in mind that all machines show a minimum of 200 to 250 cycles completed for quality control testing.
*(cycle = complete set of movements to squeeze a piece of fruit)

AUTOMATIC START FUNCTION (only Z1Contact model)
Turn off the machine at the mains.
With the machine turned off, press STOP, keep it pressed and turn the machine on at the mains; keep it
pressed for 4 seconds and the display will show four numbers.
When you have reached this point, look for the number 4104; by pressing ON you control the two digits on
the left and by pressing SELECT you control the two digits on the right; then press STOP (when you press
STOP the display will show ----) and then turn off the machine at the mains (if the machine is not switched
off, it cannot leave this screen display).
When you turn on the machine again (first you see the programme version and then the number 4104), it
will start operating when the photocell detects oranges and will continue operating until the oranges are
finished or you press STOP.
If it stops when the oranges have finished, you simply need to put more oranges on the ramp to put
the machine back into operation.
If you press STOP, the machine will stop and the oranges will remain on the ramp. To turn the
machine back on again:

Remove the oranges on the ramp and then put them back again or press ON.
Important: keep the lens of the photocell clean to ensure it can visualize the fruit properly. (Fig. 10)
