slightly when cut-
ting.Cut tall grass by a series of levels
from top to bottom.
Extending the cutting lines
The equipment comes with a tap mecha-
nism, i.e. the thread extends if the cut-
ting head is tapped on the ground. If the
thread is initially longer than the cutting
radius allows, it will be automatically
shortened to the correct length by the
thread cutter.
Caution: Regularly remove grass rem-
nants from the thread cutter so the cutting
effect is not impaired.
Regularly check the nylon lines for
damage and whether the lines still
have the correct length defined by
the line cutter.
In Case of Deteriorating Cutting Perfor-
mance:
•
Switch on the equipment and hold it
over a lawn area.
•
Tap the cutting head (
ground. The cutting head is adjusted
if the ends of the thread are at least
2.5 cm long.
If the Ends of the Thread are Shorter
than 2.5 cm:
•
Switch off the equipment and discon-
nect it from the mains.
•
Press the reel insert until it stops and
give a strong pull on the thread end.
