Fitting MAGIC CONTROL

Note
If you do not have sufficient technical knowledge for installing and
connecting components in vehicles, you should have a specialist
install MAGIC CONTROL in your vehicle.
7.1

Tools required

For installation and assembly you will require the following tools:
Drill bit set (1 1, page 3)
Drill (1 2, page 3)
Screwdriver (1 3, page 3)
Torque spanner (1 4, page 3)
Measuring ruler (1 5, page 3)
Hammer (1 6, page 3)
Centre punch (1 7, page 3)
Wheel balancer (1 13, page 3)
Tyre fitting device (1 14, page 3)
To make and test the electrical connection, the following tools are required:
Diode test lamp (1 8, page 3) or voltmeter (1 9, page 3)
Crimping tool (1 10, page 3)
Hot air blower (1 11, page 3)
Soldering iron, if required (1 15, page 3)
Solder, if required (1 16, page 3)
Heat shrink hose, if required
To secure the controller and the cables you may require additional screws
and cable binders.
