This CYBEX Topaz stroller meets or exceeds the safety standards set forth in the united
states asTM F833–08 and Canada sor/85–379.
• PLEASE KEEP OWNER'S MANUAL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
• ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. Follow all instructions carefully. Incorrect use will damage the
stroller.
• NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED in, or in the near vicinity of this stroller. Always keep child
in view while in stroller.
• AVOID FINGER ENTRAPMENT. Keep child clear of stroller when folding and unfolding the
stroller. Be certain the stroller is fully opened and locked into position before allowing your
child near the stroller.
• ALWAYS ENGAGE BRAKES before putting child in stroller. Never park stroller on a sloped
surface.
• AVOID SERIOUS INJURY from falling or sliding out. Always use complete five point saftey
harness. After fastening buckles, adjust belts for a snug fit around your child.
• USE OF SAFETY HARNESS does not replace adult supervision.
• DO NOT ALLOW child to stand on the footrest or ride or stand in the storage basket.
• DO NOT LIFT STROLLER with child in it.
• NEVER USE THE STROLLER ON STAIRS OR ESCALATORS as you may suddenly lose control of
the stroller or your child may fall out.
• DRIVE CAREFULLY OVER CURBS and gravel roads. Repeated impact will damage stroller.
• TO PREVENT THE STROLLER FROM BECOMING UNSTABLE AND TIPPING, never hang or place
diaper bags, purses, shopping bags, parcels, or accessories on the handles or canopy.
Use only CYBEX approved accessories.
• DO NOT USE stroller with a child weighing more than 44 lb (20 kg) and a maximum height
of 48 inches (120 cm) as it will cause excessive wear and stress on the stroller.
• DO NOT PLACE objects exceeding 1 lb (0.5 kg) in the canopy pocket.
• DO NOT PLACE objects exceeding 4.4 lb (2 kg) in the storage basket.
• ALWAYS EMPTY STORAGE BASKET before folding stroller.
• DO NOT USE excessive force when opening or closing stroller. Refer to this Owner's Manual
as to not damage stroller.
• DISCONTINUE USE OF STROLLER should it become damaged or broken.
• DO NOT LEAVE stroller in direct sunlight to avoid potential fading.
• STROLLER TO BE USED ONLY at walking speed. This stroller is not intended for use while
jogging, running, skating, etc.
• NEVER ALLOW stroller to be used as a toy.
• USE ONLY CYBEX replacement parts.
