When adding, make sure that the flour is not be completely soaked
by liquid. Yeast has to be then added to the dry flour and should not
come in contact with salt.
Once the dough has been kneaded for a few minutes, you will hear
a series of beeps. Once you hear this beep, you can add the other
ingredients, such as fruit. If you add fruit too early to the dough, the
flavour will be affected after being kneaded for a long time. If time
delay is being used, then perishable ingredients such as eggs or fruit
should not be added.
19. Cleaning and Care
Disconnect the plug from the mains socket and allow the appliance
to cool down completely. Remove the baking mould and kneader, by
turning them anti-clockwise. Then lift the components out using the
handle.
Wipe the baking mould and kneader using a damp cloth. Do not use
abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents or sharp objects! Optionally,
you can place the baking mould and kneader in the dishwasher to
