product are included in a collection, clas-
sification and recycling system. Should
you wish to dispose of them, use the
appropriate public containers for each type

once its working life has ended, take it to
an authorised waste agent for the selective
collection of Waste from Electric and
Electronic Appliances.

Kebbe Recipe
Kebbe is a typical dish from Lebanon This
is common food in the north and south-west
of Africa. It is made using lamb and spices
Kebbe Shell
450 g of lean lamb
150-400 g of flour
1 tblsp of pepper
1 tblsp of nutmeg
1 pinch of chilli powder
1 pinch of pepper

Mince the meat three times in the mincer:
first use the screen with the medium holes
and then the one with the small holes. Then
mix the meat with the ingredients which will
be worked again at a later stage. Then use
the Kebbe accessories to shape the shell
which you can proceed to cut to the desired
length (fig 9).
Meat Stuffing
100 g of beef
1.5 tblsp of olive oil
1.5 tblsp of chopped onion
0.75 tblsp of pepper
0.5 tblsp of salt
1.5 tblsp of flour
Brown the onion and mix the rest of the
ingredients with the mince. Proceed to fill
the Kebbe and roast until just done.
vegetable or Rice Stuffing
250 g of sautéed courgette or 250 g of
boiled rice
Fill the Kebbe and roast until just done.
