Feedback (whistling) problems

Check to ensure that your sound
processor is not in contact with items
such as glasses or a hat or in contact
with your head or ear.
Check that the battery compartment
is closed.
Check that there is no external
damage to the sound processor.
Contact you hearing care professional if
problems persist.

Share the experience

Family members and friends can "share
the experience" of bone conduction
hearing using the test rod.
1. Turn on your sound processor and
attach it on the test rod by tilting it
into place.
2. Hold the test rod against the skull
bone behind an ear. Plug both ears
and listen.
Visual indicators
Your hearing care professional can set up
your processor to show the following light
indications. All light flashes are orange.
Light
Steady light for 10 seconds
4 x dual flashes
1-4 flashes
1 quick flash
1 long flash
Rapid flashes for 2.5 seconds
Light
1 long flash followed by 1 short flash
1 long flash followed by 1 short flash
1-4 flashes
General
What it means
Start up.
Start up in Flight Mode.
Change program. Number of flashes
indicates the number of the current
program.
Volume level increased/decreased by one
step.
Volume limit reached.
Low battery warning.
Wireless
What it means
Wireless streaming activated.
Change from one wireless accessory to
another.
End wireless streaming due to low battery
voltage and return to program. Number of
short flashes indicates the number of the
current program.
