Application

Before starting-up the furnace, it should
acclimate at the set-up location for
24 hours. Swift heating up in cold condi-
tion can cause damage to the heating ele-
ments (for example, burning-through).
During the first heating up, there may be
odour nuisance due to binding agent
fumes escaping from the insulation mate-
rial.
▷ Provide for thorough ventilation of the
furnace set-up location when heating up
for the first time.
WARNING:
Danger of fire and explosion!
The furnace surfaces become very warm.
▷ Do not place objects on the furnace!
DANGER:
Hot air at the outlet opening!
▷ Do not reach with your hand at or above the
outlet opening.
▷ Do not place objects on the furnace!
▷ Do not hang objects directly above the fur-
nace!

Firing aids

The supply scope of the furnace includes three dif-
ferent firing aids. They separate the sintered
material from the sinter base in the furnace.
Sintering pad

The sintering pad is suitable for high-speed sinter-
ing (< 30 minutes) of Zolid DRS up to three-unit
bridges or a maximum of four single crowns.
Sintering bowl

The sintering bowl is suitable for high-speed sin-
tering (1 – 2 hours) with sintering pearls up to
three-unit bridges or a maximum of four single
crowns.
