Install the nipple.
Tighten the nipple using an 8 mm Allen wrench.
Install the spout escutcheon.
Lightly lubricate the o-ring on the spout using white
plumbers grease.
Push the spout into place over the nipple.
Tighten the spout screw using a  mm Allen wrench.
