Draw end of bunch to left standing lights.

Connect three terminal casings to existing sockets in left standing lights casing.

Only for 7-polar set.
Draw remaining grey and grey/white cables to vehicle bunch feeding fog lights (it runs along left, side boot
screen). Cut vehicle bunch feeding fog lights in an easily accessible place. Put jackets shrinking under high tem-
perature on ends of cables in such a way, that the end is located in the middle of the jacket's length and then heat
the jackets` on the cable using either a singeing machine or a lighter.
a) Clip quick joints on both ends of cables,
b) Connect quick joint clipped on cable running from fog lights switch to grey cable from connection bunch,
c) Connect quick joint clipped on cable running to fog lights to grey/white cable from connection bunch.
Only for 13-polar set.
9.
Connecting fog and reversing lights:
a) Disconnect 6-input plug connection in vehicle with function of rear lid lighting (it is located behind left, side boot
screen),
b) Remove caps on cables with fog and reversing lights function in vehicle from 6-input casing using a suitable tool,
according to the following description

c) Put both caps in supplied 1-input casings,
d) Connect cable with fog lights function in vehicle (running from switch) to grey cable of connection bunch,
e) Connect cap on grey/white cable of connection bunch to
chamber no.5 (VW Passat Limousine)
chamber no.1 (VW Passat Variant)
in 6-input vehicle casing,
f) Connect cable with reversing lights function to blue/red cable of connection bunch,
g) Connect cap on blue/red cable of connection bunch to chamber no.2 in 6-input vehicle casing,
h) Reconnect 6-input plug connection,
i) Connect white/brown 2,5 mm
sheet metal screw; do not secure the hole with anti-corrosion agent).
10. Trailer power supply:
Only for 13-polar version. 3-input housing (red/blue, yellow, white/brown leads) is provided for expanded socket
functions. Put this part of lead bunch behind the trim. To expand socket functions it is necessary to order the follo-
wing parts:
Function "current supply and earth"
Function "current supply, charge line and earth"
Fix all the leads with supplied band clips, assemble previously disassembled parts.
Connect accumulator and check all vehicle functions with connected trailer or other suitable testing device.
