8. Choose your desired function. The Soup Maker will work automatically.

steam that it may omit. Using the handle, pour the soup into bowls to serve.

Program Functions

There are three pre-set program buttons - chunky soup, smooth soup, boil
& pulse. Pulse is a manual function, with many uses ranging from creating
smoothies to blending your soup to the perfect consistency.
Chunky Soup Function
The Chunky Soup function gives you wholesome thick soups in under 23
minutes.
1. Pre-wash any vegetables required for the recipe. Fill the serving jug
according to your recipe, ensuring it does not exceed the maximum fill level
2. Plug your Soup Maker in and press the start button. Select the Chunky
Soup function and the Soup Maker will begin to heat your ingredients to a
temperature of 98˚C.
3. Once the temperature has been reached (after approximately 10 minutes at
full capacity), the soup maker will pulse once. It will continue cooking the soup
and pulsing for another 5 minutes.
4. Just before the soup is finished, the Soup Maker will pulse the soup 2-3
times in quick succession. A series of beeps will sound once your soup is
ready.
Smooth Soup Function
The Smooth Soup function creates smooth tasty soups in under 25 minutes.
1. First, add water to the jug (once again staying between the min and max fill
lines).
2. Add the ingredients into the jug. If you are using fruit, ensure any thick skins
are peeled and all fruit is cored and cut into small pieces.
3. Fit the serving jug into place and select the Smooth Soup button on the
control panel.
4. The Soup Maker will then start to heat and blend 3 times, before finishing
with a beeping noise.
