ADJUSTABLE HANDLE
8. To adjust the height of the stroller's handle, press the 2 side buttons
at the same time (diag. 8), and adjust the handle to the desired
height.
BUMPER BAR
9. To fit the bumper bar, simply insert it into the two joints located at
the ends of the armrest, as shown in diagram 9.
10. To remove the bumper bar, push the two buttons located on the
outer side of the bumper bar (diag. 10), and pull in an upward
direction.
11. It is also possible to open the bumper bar from one side only, and
turn it to place the baby on the seat more easily (diag. 11).
WARNING: The bumper bar must not be used to lift the product with
the child inside.
HOW TO USE THE SAFETY HARNESS
This stroller has a 5-point safety harness that features two shoulder
straps, two adjustment holes, a waist strap and a crotch strap with
buckle
WARNING: When using the safety harness with children from birth up
to approximately 6 months of age, it is necessary to first fit the shoulder
straps through the two adjustment holes on the fabric backrest.
12. After placing the child into the stroller, fasten the safety harness
(diag. 12) first sliding the two prongs (A) into the hole of the shoulder
straps (B) and then inserting them into the buckle(C). Adjust the
length of the straps, ensuring that they adhere correctly to the
child's shoulders. Ensure that the safety harness is always fastened
correctly.
To unfasten the waist strap, press and pull the side prongs.
WARNING: Children should be harnessed in at all times. To ensure your
child's safety, it is essential to always use the safety harness.
For extra safety, "D" rings are provided for the attachment of a separate
safety harness approved to BS6684 (diag. 12). The "D" rings are located
on the left and right waist straps of the 5-point safety harness.
HOW TO ADJUST THE BACKREST
The backrest can be adjusted to 4 positions.
13. To lower the backrest , simply raise the adjustment handle located
on the rear of the backrest (see diag. 13), and pull in a downward
direction.
14. To raise the backrest, simply push the seat back forward until the de-
sired position has been reached, without pressing the handle (diag.
14).
WARNING: The child's weight can make these operations more
difficult.
REAR BRAKES
The rear wheels have linked brakes, which can be applied simultaneously
to the two rear wheels by using only one pedal.
15. To apply the brakes, push the lever located at the centre of the rear
axle in a downward direction, as shown in diagram 15.
16. To unlock the braking system, push the lever located at the centre of
the rear axle , in an upward direction, as shown in diagram 16.
WARNING: Always apply the brakes whenever the stroller is stationary.
Never leave your child unattended.
WARNING: Never leave the stroller on a sloped surface, with a child
onboard, even with the brakes applied.
SWIVEL WHEELS
17. To unlock the swivel wheels, raise the lever located between the two
wheels. Use the swivel wheels on smooth surfaces. To lock the whe-
els, push the lever in a downward direction (diag. 17).
WARNING: the swivel wheels make the stroller easier to manoeuvre;
on uneven surfaces it is recommended to use locked front wheels to
guarantee the safe use of the stroller (on gravel, unpaved roads, etc.).
WARNING: Both wheels must always be locked or unlocked at the same
time
STORAGE BASKET
18. Fit the storage basket around the tubes of the frame, in the positions
shown in diagram 18, with the Velcro fastenings and press studs.
WARNING: Do not load the storage basket with weights over 3 Kg.
HOOD
19. To fit the hood, fasten the plastic clips to the tubes of the frame,
then fasten the Velcro straps in the appropriate positions, as shown
in diagram 19.
WARNING: the hood must be fixed on both sides of the stroller. Ensure
that the hood is correctly secured into position.
20.Open the hood as shown in diagram 20, and lock it by pressing down
the two-side calliper shaped mechanisms (diagram 20 B). WAR-
NING: Always unlock the two-side calliper shaped mechanisms if
you wish to close the hood.
21. The hood can become a summer sun shade. The rear panel may be
removed by unfastening the zip and opening the Velcro straps on the
sides, as shown in diagram 21.
CLOSING THE STROLLER
WARNING: When closing the stroller, ensure that your child, or other
children, are kept at a safe distance. Ensure that during these operations
the moveable parts of the stroller do not come into contact with your
child. Before closing the stroller, also ensure that the storage basket is
empty and that the hood is closed.
The stroller has a simple closing action that can be operated with one
hand.
22. To unlock the closing device: Press button A with your thumb, and
then push it to the left, pressing button B at the same time, as shown
in diagram 22.
23. Push the handle forward to fold the frame (diag. 23). The locking
device located on the right side will automatically lock the stroller
in the closed position.
ACCESSORIES:
WARNING: The accessories described below may not be available for
some versions of this product. Please read carefully the instructions on
the accessories available for the model purchased.
RAIN COVER
WARNING: Pay particular attention when using the rain cover.
24.To fit the rain cover, use the Velcro straps, in the positions shown
in diagram 24. If the rain cover is wet after use, let it dry out before
folding it.
WARNING: Do not use the rain cover if the stroller is not fitted with
hood or sun-canopy to prevent the risk of suffocation.
WARNING: When the rain cover is fitted to the stroller, never leave
the stroller with the child onboard to prevent the risk of the child
overheating.
LEGCOVER
25.To fit the legcover, slide it under the bumper bar and then fasten it
with the Velcro straps, as shown in diagram 25.
STORAGE BAG
Some stroller models may be supplied with a practical storage bag, with
two fabric straps for fastening the accessory to the handle. The straps
can also be used as carrying handle.
26.To attach the bag to the handle, fasten the two fabric straps with
the press studs.
27.The two fabric straps can also be fastened together to make a carrying
handle when the bag is not attached to the stroller (diagram 27).
WARNING: Do not load the bag with weights over 2 kg.
