Work steps:
Step 1: Fasten the columns to the floor
Use the base plate to determine the mounting midpoint of the column and
make a mark on the floor.
Set the drilling template on the center point, align it and mark the bore holes.
Drill the fastening holes according to instructions and insert the floor
anchors.
Set the columns up and screw them on firmly.
Step 2: Align columns
Roughly align the column using the level

Step 3: Fasten and align the Muting Sensor Sets
Select the position of the countersunk screw on the muting arm base
(1) Fixed setting:
Recommended setting with fixed 90 degree angle.
Position the countersunk screw so that it sits at the position for the
fixed setting and in the intended groove
(2) Variable setting:
In this setting, the pitch of the arms can be adjusted with the help of the
Allen screw

Screw the arms into the sliding blocks at the intended height and tighten the
screws securely at the fixed position or screw in loosely at the variable

Connect the AC-SCM5-BT to the 5-pin socket of the safety sensor (local
interface).
Connect the MS1 and MS2 muting sensors to the respective socket of the
AC-SCM5-BT.

start button to the AC-SCM5-BT.
