 Connect the connection cable (machine interface) to the safety sensor and
connect it to the machine control components as described in the original
operating instructions.

Step 5: Align and start up MLD530 muting transceiver
 Switch on the safety sensor.
 Adjust the height of the safety sensor and the Deflecting Mirror. After the
Allen screws are loosened
 Adjust the axial alignment of the safety sensor and the Deflecting Mirror.
After the Allen screws

Step 6: Align and start up muting sensor sets
A: Position the sensors/reflectors.
 Loosen the duct cover
 Position the sensors/reflectors by moving in the axial direction
 After aligning, retighten the Allen screw
 Cut the duct cover to the appropriate length and remount
B: Align the sensors and reflectors.
 Loosen the two Phillips screws
 Turn to set the correct angle of the sensors/reflectors
 After aligning, retighten the Phillips screws
 The optimal alignment has been achieved when the green LEDs on the
muting sensors illuminate!
