CAUTIONS & WARNINGS!
• Read instructions carefully before installing and using the SwivAssist™ Bar.
• The SwivAssist™ is a handrail to be used for balance assistance on beds. It is designed to provide:
- assistance to move or sit up in bed.
- added balance when getting in or out of bed.
- added balance when standing next to the bed.
• The SwivAssist™ should not be used to support the full weight of the user.
• Applying full body weight may cause light, small beds to tilt or shift.
• For use with standard home beds with box spring and mattress.
The SwivAssist™ should never be attached to any part of an institutional or hospital-type bed that can be moved
or adjusted. Also, no part of the SwivAssist™ device should ever come in contact with any moving parts of the bed.
