When multiple valves are mounted side by side on an inline manifold, the handles may
interfere with each other during operation. Reposition the handles on alternate valves for
proper clearance. Figure 4 shows handle placement using the MB-3 manifold. To
reposition the valve handle, loosen the two set screws that hold the handle onto the
valve shaft stem. Line up the set screws with the detents placed at 90° intervals on the
shaft stem. Tighten both set screws to secure the handle to the valve stem.
Custom valve stacks can be built using accessory components such as dual flow control
model DA6144662. For stacking of multiple valve accessories, use mounting kit
number F107028-3. This kit consists of four 12-inch studs that can be cut to length, and
four special socket nuts.
NOTE: For multiple circuit applications where some valves will be de-energized while
others stay energized, use inline check part number PA952661 to prevent a
pressure drop on the holding circuit. Install the check with the pressure "P" port
control notch toward the mounting manifold. Use #10-24 x 3.25 inch long
mounting screws when using this check, or use the F107028-3 stud kit.
