Cheese fondue
•
300 g Cheese (Gruyère)
•
300 g Cheese (Emmental)
•
4 dl
White wine
•
3 tsp. Cornflour
•
1 clove of garlic
•
2 cl cherry brandy
•
some pepper
•
some nutmeg
Preparation: Cut the garlic clove into two and rub the fondue vessel with it.
Pour some wine into it and let it boil. Add the cheese with a wooden spoon, stir
the ingredients regularly to prevent the formation of lumps. If the wine lacks

The fondue is now ready for consumption.
