STEP 3:
Attach Left & Right Support Tubes (No. 8 &
No. 9) onto Bottom Connecting Frame (No.
2) using 4 Hexagon Bolts (No. 27), 8 Flat
Washers (No. 29) and 4 Hex Lock Nuts
(No. 28). Tighten and secure with 2 Open
End Wrenches (No. 31).
Attach Left & Right Support Tubes (No. 8 &
No. 9) to 2 Upright Posts (No. 1) using 4
Hexagon Bolts (No. 27), 4 Flat Big
Washers (No. 30), 4 Flat Washers (No. 29)
and 4 Hex Lock Nuts (No. 28). Tighten and
secure with 2 Open End Wrenches (No. 31).
Now you can tighten all the Hexagon Bolts
(No. 27) from STEP 1 & STEP 2.
