STEP 6:
Insert Left Safety Bar (No. 7) into Upright
Post (No. 1) on the left. Turn Left Safety Bar
(No. 7) as the arrow showed on the left
picture to tighten.
Insert Right Safety Bar (No. 6) into Upright
Post (No. 1) on the right. Turn the Right
Safety Bar (No. 6) as the arrow showed on
the left picture to tighten.
Insert Left Hook (No. 12) into Upright Post
(No. 1) on the left. Turn Left Hook (No. 12)
as the arrow showed on the left picture to
tighten.
Insert Right Hook (No. 11) into Upright Post
(No. 1) on the right. Turn Right Hook (No.
11) as the arrow showed on the left picture to
tighten.
Note: When using the resistance band,
remove 2 Butterfly Nuts (No. 26) from 2
Hook Rails (No. 14) then insert 2 Hook
Rails (No. 14) into Left & Right Safety Bars
(No. 7 & No. 6) and tighten with 2 Butterfly
Nuts (No. 26) that were removed. When not
using the resistance band, please remove the
2 Hook Rails (No. 14).
