Troubleshooting: Problem and solutions
Problem
No power is shown for the EEBus
device in the Web Application
overview
Power sources or configured cur-
rent consumers show no or an in-
correct power
The fuse trips despite active
overload protection
46
Possible cause
EEBus connection on the EEBus device (e.g.
Porsche charger) has failed
No phase assignment in Web Application
No cables connected to voltage measurement
Current sensors connected the wrong way
round
Current sensors not or incorrectly configured
No or incorrect current sensors configured for
current consumers
Current sensors are connected the wrong way
round
Remedy
e
Repeat EEBus connection on the EEBus device and, if necessary, boost the
communication signal (WiFi or PLC).
g Pay attention to the EEBus device manual
.
e
Assign current sensors to the EEBus device phases in the HOME INSTAL-
LATION of the Web Application.
e
For information on the Web Application, see the man-
ual at https://www.porsche.com/international/aboutporsche/e-perform-
ance/help-and-contact
e
The qualified electrician connects the neutral and live wires to the energy
manager via J400 connector.
e
The qualified electrician checks whether the direction arrow of the current
sensor is pointing towards consumption, and whether the cable is correctly
connected to J200, J300 and J301 connectors.
e
Check whether the connection positions of the current sensors on the
energy manager match the configuration in the Web Application Home
installation (CT#). In addition, check that the configured phases of the
current sensors match the voltage measurement phases.
e
In the Web Application HOME INSTALLATION, check whether the (correct)
current sensors were assigned to the current consumers.
e
The qualified electrician checks whether the direction arrow of the current
sensor is pointing towards consumption, and whether the cables are cor-
rectly connected to J200, J300 and J301 connectors.
