Install one (1) FLAT WASHER, one (1) COTTER PIN, and one (1) HUB CAP onto AXLE, then slide
AXLE through WHEELS and LEFT LEG WELDED ASSEMBLY, as shown below. Finish by attaching 2nd
WASHER, COTTER PIN, and HUB CAP.
