REPLACEMENT OF THE TURBINE

In case you need to replace any of the electrical components, the operation will be done by unscrewing the bottom screws, as can you see in the
drawing. Unplug and substitute the faulty element and assemble it as it was

In the models of the series I70, I90, CH1000, CH2000 and CH3000 in case you need to repair or
replace the tangential fan, there is no need to uninstall the insert, as it is placed under the base. It possible
to access to the components through the combustion chamber by following the next steps:
1. Remove the vermiculite baffle plate.
2. Remove the back vermiculite plate.
3. Remove the cast-iron grate.
4. Remove the screws of the fan support, lift the left side and remove it. Be careful with the installation
wires.
In case of the models of the series I70E, I90E, I70/3, I90/3, CH4000E and CH5000 you should follow
the next steps:
1. Remove the side vermiculites by pulling up from the front.
2. Remove the cast-iron grate, taking it from the sides.
3. Remove the baffle plate.
4. Remove the back vermiculites.
5. Remove the screws of the fan support, lift the left side and remove it. Be careful with the installation wires.

BASE/WOODSHED

At the bottom of your fireplace or stove (depending on the model) you will find a space that you could use in
order to store the wood. For safety reasons, it is compulsory not to overload too much this compartment, so that
the wood stored does not burn (depending on the load carried to the combustion chamber, see table of technical
characteristics).

REPLACING THE STANDARD FRAME

The standard frame that incorporates the insert is removable making easier its installation.
Series I70 and I90:
To remove the standard frame, you should proceed as follows:
1. Remove the door, open it and pull it up.
2. Remove the screws of the frame shown in the drawing.
3. Remove the frame and place the insert, fix and reassemble the frame and the door.
