Simple troubleshooting
Solution
Clean the brewing unit.
Clean the brewing unit. Do
not place more than two level
measuring spoons of ground
coffee in the drawer.
Clean the brewing unit, see
the section "Care and daily
cleaning".
Insert water tank correctly
Fill the water tank with fresh tap
water�
Remove the tank and clean
thoroughly�
Rinse the water filter according
to the instructions and then
switch on, or use a new water
filter.
Dip the water filter into water
until no more air bubbles escape,
replace the filter.
Clean and dry the drip tray
thoroughly�
When the appliance is switched
on, remove and re-insert the drip
tray�
Clean the inside�
Push the coffee grounds
container all the way in�
Insert water filter and configure
settings accordingly in the menu�
Wait a few seconds after the
last drink was dispensed before
removing the drip tray�
Leave the appliance to cool
down�
Clean the brewing unit.
