8. MAINTENANCE PLAN
The
maintenance
plan
routines, inspection procedures and
simple processes of maintenance,
using basic tools on the compressor.
Other more complex maintenance
tasks or that requires specific tools
must be carried out by a qualified
technician or the technical assistance.
Intervention
Clean the engine and check all the
screws and nuts
Check the safety and non-return valves
Check the pipes, hoses, connecting
accessories and possible air leaks.
Check the compressed air tank status
Drain the tank
Check the air filter
Clean the air filter
Replace the filter element
from the air filter
Check the compression pump oil
Replace the compression pump oil
Check and replace the safety
