Possible Cause
1. Appliance is not plugged in.
2. You have not turned the Unit
On by setting the time and
temperature.

grease residue from previous
cooking.

Solution
Plug power cord into
wall socket.
Set the temperature
and time
Use smaller batches for
more even frying.
Raise temperature and
continue cooking.

Use cut sticks and pat
dry to remove excess
