"Memory Stick"
Problem
Cannot insert the "Memory Stick"
into the "Memory Stick" slot.
Cannot delete a file or all materials.
The still image files in the JPEG

If you continue to experience problems, have your TV serviced by qualified personnel.
Never open the casing yourself.
Possible remedies
• The "Memory Stick" is not facing in the correct
direction. Insert the "Memory Stick" with the
facing up into the "Memory Stick" slot (page 48).
• The write-protect switch on the "Memory Stick" is set
to LOCK. Release the lock.
• The image file is protected. Release the protection in the
index Screen.
• Select "Option" in the Memory Stick Home and select
"File." Then set "Filter" to "Still" or "Off" (page 50).
• Select "Option" in the Memory Stick Home and select
"File." Then set "Filter" to "Movie" or "Off" (page 50).
• The image file is not DCF-compatible.
