To maintain optimal cleaner performance, replace the
brushes as soon as one of the wear indicators is smooth
or worn down (even if the blade wear is not even). It is
recommended that brushes are routinely replaced every
two (2) years.
To Replace Brushes:
1.
Stand the cleaner on its end in a vertical
position (see Figure 24).

Separate the edges of the brush, undo the
tabs, and remove the worn brush.
3.
Position the new brush underneath the roller
with spikes facing downward (see Figure
25).

Thread each tab into the slot provided and
gently feed it through until the heel comes out
at the other side of the slot (see Figure 26).

Use scissors to cut the tabs so they are no higher
than the spikes (see Figure 27).

Repeat this procedure to replace the second
brush.
5.3
Replacing the Tracks
If the treads on the interior side of the tracks appear
completely worn or if pool coverage is not normal,
contact your local Polaris dealer for diagnostic and track
replacement.
