Connect the work cable to the ground socket with the negative (-) symbol (MMA)
Connect the torch to the ground socket with the negative symbol (-) (TIG)
Insert the coupling into the socket, and then turn it clockwise until it clicks. Pull on the coupling
device to ensure it is properly coupled. These coupling devices must be clean and free of oil.
Connect the electrode cable to the socket with the positive symbol (+). (MMA)
Connect work cable to socket with positive (+) symbol. (TIG)
Insert the coupling into the socket marked positive (+), and then turn it clockwise. Pull on the
coupling device to verify that it is properly coupled. These coupling devices must be clean and free
of oil.
Power switch
This switch allows you to turn the equipment on and off with an audible click.
To connect the cables, they must be completely turned in the connector to ensure good
electrical contact. Loose connections will cause overheating, rapid deterioration and loss of
machine efficiency.
Avoid the use of welding cables with a length of more than 6 m.
Avoid using metal structures that are not part of the workpiece to replace the ground wire:
this could jeopardize your safety and lead to poor welding.
General Operation
8.
Environment conditions
a) Operating ambient temperature: -10 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃
Transport and storage temperature: -20 ℃ ~ + 55 ℃
b) Relative humidity: Up to 50% at 40 ℃ and up to 90% at 20 ℃
c) Operating environment with normal levels of dust, acid, corrosive gases
that are not different from those produced by the welding process and that allow
adequate ventilation.
d) Equipment must be positioned less than 10 ° from the horizontal.
If the machine is placed more than 10 ° from the horizontal, it
can rotate on its axis causing damage.
