Instalación vertical y
horizontal
This heater must be installed according to the following indications regarding
the presence of:
-
Humidity: do not install the appliance in humid environments (without
ventilation).
-
Ice: do not install the appliance in environments with a probability of
temperatures dropping to critical levels with a risk of ice formation.
-
Sun rays: do not expose the appliance directly to solar rays, not even
through glass.
-
Dust/fumes/gases: do not install the appliance in notably aggressive
environments, such as those with acid fumes, dusts, or saturated gas.
-
Electric shock: do not install the appliance directly on power lines that are
not protected from voltage fluctuations.
Hygraulic installation
To achieve a good heater installation, verify the type of water feed system you
have at your home, there are two different types.
Open system (with a cistern): to supply water to the heater, an air tube must be
installed at the cold-water inlet.
•
The air tube installation must not be omitted for the cold-water inlet, and
we recommend installing one for the hot water outlet also.
•
The air tube discharge must be slightly higher than the upper level of the
cistern, by at least 20 cm (see Fig.4).
•
Long segments of piping should be avoided and/or accessories such as
elbows, T connections, distributing valves, etc. (The recommended distance
between the heater and the point of use should not exceed 5 m).
•
To have the correct hot water pressure, the cistern must be at least 2 m
above the shower level.
