IMPORTANT NOTES
If the water at the outlet is cold, check
• The heater is powered.
If the water is boiling (steam comes out of the taps)
• Switch off the electrical power of the appliance and contact the Calorex Service
Center.
Insufficient hot water supply
• Check the pressure of the water network system.
Water is expelled by the overpressure device
• During the heating phase, the device normally drips water. If you wish to avoid
this drip, an expansion vessel should be installed at the outlet installation.
• If water is still expelled during the non-heating period, the following must be
checked:
• Device calibration
• Water system pressure
ATTENTION: never obstruct the device's evacuation outlet
IN NO CASE SHOULD YOU TRY TO REPAIR THE DEVICE. CONTACT THE CALOREX SERVICE
CENTER

The Calorex Electric Water Heater has been carefully designed and manufactured with
optimal materials, under strict quality control. If you have any question or problem with
the heater, please contact the Calorex Service Center at 800 225 6739.t
Calentadores de America, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter Calentadores de América) warrants
this water heater for a (5) year period, and the electrical parts for (1) year, in home
use, against any malfunction attributable to a manufacturing defect, for all its parts
(except the electrical parts, which have a one year warranty), against any malfunction
attributable to a manufacturing defect (understood as the quality of its materials or
manufacturing workmanship). The warranty becomes void due to improper use,
installation outside of the regulation and/or standards in force, installation outside of the
indications expressed in the Installation, Maintenance and Operation Manual, repairs
