TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUTION: Prior to maintaining your iron, isolate the unit by removing the cord
from the power socket.
PROBLEM
Lights are not on
No heat
No steam
Steam button is not working
properly
Steam output is weak
SOLUTION
• Ensure that the press power cord is correctly plugged into
a 120V AC power outlet only.
• Ensure circuit breaker is operational.
• Try operating the iron from another power outlet.
• The iron can take up to 60 seconds to reach the desired
temperature.
• Water may be low, refill water tank.
• Unplug the unit from the power outlet for 5 minutes then
plug back in.
• Iron needs to be cleaned. Please call Reliable customer
service 1-800-268-1649 for assistance.
