3 Locate the fan you want to replace by device number (using the appliance software) or by verifying the
fan status LEDs.
4 Press the fan's top latches toward the center of the unit to unlock it, then lift the fan straight up and out
of the chassis.
5 Insert the replacement fan, orienting it with the arrow toward the rear of the appliance and aligning it
with the fan slot on the motherboard.
6 Make sure the fan is fully seated so it powers up and its status LED lights green.
7 Close the fan cover and lock its latches.
